23 Nov 2008 - Ken has acquired an MG TC. The car is not running but it looks to be in good shape overall. I'll get the car evaluated this week and determine what parts will be needed.
04 Dec 2008 - I've evaluated the car. The carbs are shot and the brakes are in poor condition. I was able to get the engine running and it sounds good, despite the carbs. I've stripped the brakes and will send the master cylinder and front wheel cylinders to Apple Hydraulics to get the cylinder bores relined with new brass bores. The carbs are going to Joe Curto for a rebuild. Next step is to get the rusty fuel tank cleaned out and get started on the electrics... quite a few loose wires dangling from under the dash.
29 Dec 2008 - The brakes have been repair with brass lined cylinders. Sorting the electrical now and the remainder of the parts have been ordered to complete the electrical repairs. Once I receive the carbs we should have everything we need to finish this car up.
26 Feb 2009 - After a long wait for some parts, the car is finally running. I went for a short drive this evening. I have some more shaking down to do but it is good to make some progress. Ken came down in early March and gave the old car a spin.
