| Ken's 1970 TR6 is here for an evaluation. We did enough work to get the engine running again and ran it long enough to determine the hot oil pressure is a bit low. Changed the oil and filter and now hot oil pressure is good. Thrust washers are worn but otherwise the engine sounds good. Ken wants the car resprayed so I will strip the engine bay of all components to allow the body shop to do a nice job under the bonnet. |
| The brakes and clutch hydraulics are shot. Upon stripping out the gearbox cover and seats we found some rust in the floorboards and evidence of past repair work. One of the lower a frame mounts is torn loose from the frame so I have ordered the needed mount to perform the repair. I will also add the strengthening kit to the front mount while I have the welder out. |
| All repairs have been finished and Ken's car is off to the body shop. When the car returns, I'll reassemble everything and get all systems functioning again. After I'm finished, the car is off to the upholstory shop for carpet, seats and new convertible top. |

| Reassembly - The car has returned for reassembly. Major components go in and then back to Gary to allow him to finish the final paintwork and body work. |
